Bible Game · Chapter 24
The Empty Tomb and the Guards
At dawn on the first day after the Sabbath, Jesus' tomb was empty. The great stone was rolled aside, and the guards fled into the city in terror. The chief priests gave them a large sum of money and said — 'Say that his disciples came by night and stole him away while we were asleep' (28:13). The story spreads far and wide. You stand before it. — This game does not ask whether he truly rose, or what actually became of the body. It settles only one thing: whether this paid story can stand on its own.
