What Achan Hid
Jericho fell, but at the next town, Ai, Israel was unexpectedly beaten. Joshua tears his clothes and falls on his face. Someone in the camp took from Jericho's 'devoted things' — what was not any man's but wholly God's — and hid it. All the camp must be drawn up, and the hand found.
